Gary Robinson – Founder & VP Entropy Business Development, Americas Region
Over the past 10 years Gary has been involved in management system implementation and consulting projects around the world in addition to co-authoring the Butterworth and Heinemann publication The ISO 14001 EMS Implementation Handbook. At BSI Entropy International, Gary helps organizations understand the business value in adopting technology to improve their environmental, social and economic performance. Gary is a graduate of Carleton University, Ottawa, with a degree in International Business specialising in Management Information Systems. He has studied at the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University in the Netherlands and holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Management and Policy from the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics in Lund, Sweden.

Carl Mead - Director, Entropy Global Product Team
Carl has been with the company five years implementing the Entropy System with a range of customers and managing the service team. He is responsible for UK operations and business development and has 20 years experience in industry and academia. He holds a BSc in Geography and Geology from Manchester University, an MSc in Environmental Management with Legislation and Management from Brunel University and an EngD in Environmental Technology, also from Brunel. His experience with manufacturing and services organisations ranges from SMEs in the electronics and plastics manufacturing sector to multinationals such as Nortel Networks and Johnson Matthey. Carl has also published several papers on the introduction of environmental technology into manufacturing and services functions, as well as co-authoring the 1998 publication Environmental Risk Assessment: Approaches, Experiences and Information Sources.

John Milway - UK Sales Manager - Entropy Software

An IT Industry sales professional, John has held sales management positions with major vendors such as ICL, Motorola and Magic Software. He has been involved with Enterprise Software solution sales for the last 15 years, with experience spanning Application Development, Enterprise Information Portals, Mobile Workforce solutions and Business Intelligence managed service. While Country Manager with Magic Software, John led the UK operation to become the fastest growing subsidiary globally. He joined BSI Management Systems on 1st August 2007 and is responsible for UK Sales and Client Services for Entropy Software.

Richard Lund – Director, Technical Services

Richard is the Technical Director of BSI Entropy and manages the overall technical strategy for the business in terms of both business systems and products. With ten years of experience developing, implementing and supporting enterprise applications, Richard has been behind all of the technical work on the initial design and consequent development of the Entropy System and now holds the role of System Architect. In addition, his present role encompasses all of the Research and Development activities at BSI Entropy.

Paul Stanfield - Product Marketing Manager, Entropy Software
Paul Stanfield has many years' experience of managing channels and third party routes to market and manages BSI Entropy's relationships with VARs, integrators, training and certification bodies, consultants and project managers amongst others. Previously he was a Commercial Director for the Software Solutions division of a large environmental consultancy. As well as several years' involvement in enterprise environmental software, Paul has also managed European channel routes to market in enterprise LAN and internet security, was Sales and Marketing Director for Nelson Computer Services for more than 9 years, and has been actively engaged in the enterprise software arena for more than 20 years.

Rob Harrison - Business Development Manager, Americas Region
Rob has been a member of the BSI Entropy team since 2001. After a number of years in the high-tech, offshore oil and gas industry as a Hydrographic Surveyor, he initially joined the BSI Entropy Development team in order to complete his Masters thesis in Interfacing and Software Application. Since joining the BSI Entropy Services team in 2003, he has supported a number of high profile implementations working closely with various global consultancies. He now manages the BSI Entropy Services team at BSI Entropy International Inc. in Canada, where he is responsible for training and consultancy services delivery and ultimately customer satisfaction in North America.

Bill Coupe - Business Development Manager, Entropy Software
Bill has more than 20 years' experience in industry and after completing his BSc in Environmental Management he spent a number of years in the Web Design & Development sector as a Design Team Manager. He joined the BSI Entropy Services team in 2001 to help develop and expand the company's service provision and has provided training and implementation consultancy on the Entropy System for a number of large global organisations. He now manages the BSI Entropy Services team at BSI Entropy International Ltd in the UK, where he is responsible for training and consultancy services and ultimately customer satisfaction in the UK and Rest of World geography.

John Harkins - Release Manager
John joined BSI Entropy in 2001 as a Software Developer. His experience of the development of Entropy System releases has proved to be valuable in his role as Release Manager. As well as managing Entropy System releases, John manages the development team deliverables. Prior to BSI Entropy, John worked on software projects ICL, BAE Systems and CSC Computer Sciences including: Eurofighter Typhoon, Tornado and Gripen.
